Easy Access to Library
The robust and easy-to-use entrance unit is the first step in greeting your patrons welcome to an extended service experience – up to 24/7, and configurable to your needs.
Advanced Management System
Specially designed software controls all components of the system. The sophisticated management system enables the automatic opening and closing of the library, including lights, announcements, and turning off electronics. It also integrates with your library system and use information from the existing user database. This provides greater security and access control to the self-operated library.
Contolled Access
Our custom-designed entrance computer identifies and registers the users upon arrival at the library. The users enter their PIN after scanning their library card in the card reader.
The large safety-glass screen provides space for the library to communicate information to the patrons and language options. The screen provides guidance to the patron along with any reason for rejection. Library hours can also be displayed as a reminder for the patron before entering
Monitoring for Safety
Camera surveillance is an integral part of the solution. This provides safety for the users and protects the library against theft and vandalism during the self-operated opening hours.
By utilizing our management application you can easily manage QLS Lyngsoe Self-Operated Library. Through the system you can access and edit your data, including the opening hours, surveillance images, event log and much more. The management application ensures you full control of the system and all events in the unmanned opening hours
Statistics Module
The management package contains several features that provide an overview and insight into the system. Among the features available to you is a statistics module from where you can extract data concerning the number of visitors at the library time interval, and a PC-module from where you will be able to automatically manage the library’s computers, and many more.
