KEEPING TRACK OF DATA
The QLS Lyngsoe Library Clerk™ Manager is a webbased management application library staff can use to load lists exported from the ILS/LMS. The lists can be sent as task-lists to the mobile device. The management application also enables staff to import the collected information from the mobile handheld, manage the lists and download them for updating the library ILS/LMS data.
DESIGNED FOR LIBRARIES
This smart, mobile library tag reader is straight-forward for library staff to use. Its ergonomic design and light weight make it very comfortable to use, no matter whether the item is placed on the bottom shelf or the top shelf. The application on your mobile device is very intuitive and easy to use. It has smart features, such as simultaneous tasking. In addition, it has multiple alarm features that inform the operator when action is required.

QLS LYNGSOE LIBRARY CLERK™ DEVICE APP:
The other software component of the solution is the QLS Lyngsoe Library Clerk™ Device app. The device app is downloaded to the library’s choice of Android phone or tablet. The device app enables library staff to operate the device, use it as their task-list for finding materials, weeding, or doing inventory of the library shelves. The QLS Lyngsoe Library Clerk™ Device app communicates with the highperformance, mobile HF reader, which the library staff use to scan and read the RFID tags in the materials on the shelves.
