The Ruby™ RFID Self service unit comes standard with full circulation software including check-in, check-out and renew functions, preconfigured to connect to a LMS (Library Management System) through SIP2 which is completely supported. The software is SIP3 and NCIP ready. The Ruby™ RFID Self service unit is standard supplied in a white color. More than 100 other colors & designs are available upon request.

The Ruby RFID self service has a compact design and comes with a bright 22”touch PC and barcode patron card scanner. The pre-loaded MyLib® software with the full range of check-out, check-In and renew functions configured for connection to the library LMS through SIP2. The software also features a mail service to send transaction messages to your patron by email – eliminating the need to print receipts if desired – though it is also possible to add an external printer for hard verification of activity.
